What is Shop BLN?
ShopBLN.com is Beauty Lifestyle Network’s members-only online shopping platform.  The site features a curated selection of great beauty products for hair, skin and body designed specifically for women of color.  Purchases can only be made with a ShopBLN Gold Membership.

How do I know if I have an order?
Purchases made on ShopBLN.com generate an immediate confirmation email to the customer and a “New Order” email to the vendor.  This email contains: Purchase Date, Product, Quantity, Price, Customer Name and Billing Address.

What do I do when orders come in?
When a “New Order” email is received, the vendor will pack and ship the product(s) to the stated customer billing address. Click the product shipping tracking link on the order slip, complete the form then submit.  Complete the process by marking the order as shipped by clicking the link in the email.

How are returns and refunds handled?
Customers must return the product within 30 calendar days of purchase to Beauty Lifestyle Network via the United States Postal Service.   Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Shop BLN monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at Shop BLN in all instances.  All returns are subject to validation and approval at ShopBLN’s discretion.  Approved returns will receive a ShopBLN.com store credit or product exchange that is similar or equal value.  Vendors will honor product exchange of similar or equal value to the product purchased.

How do I get paid for orders?
With PayPal Payout, you receive money when a customer purchases a product.  Payment is immediately sent to your email address or mobile number. Once that happens, PayPal will send you a message letting you know you have money available. 

How much do I get paid for orders?
The amount vendors get paid for each order is determined by the formula that is determined in the Vender Partner Agreement.  See Link here.

When do I get paid for orders?
Please allow 3 – 5 business days for your bank to process the transfer and for the money to appear in your bank account. If there’s a problem with your withdrawal, it may take up to a week for your bank to notify us and we will notify PayPay.

How are orders tracked?
Once the vendor has shipped a customer order, click the Tracking Link  located on the Order Slip then complete the Shipping Tracking Form.  All orders are tracked using this form.

How do my customers make purchases?
All customers must Login or create a new account on ShopBLN.com as a ShopBLN Gold Member before any purchases can be completed.  However, as a Product Vendor Partner you will receive a special offer code for your members to use to sign up for free.  They will have access to all membership benefits including unlimited purchases for 30 Days.  See details on ShopBLN  Member Partner FAQ.

How are products shipped?
Vendors choose the method by which products are shipped.  A ShopBLN Packing Slip must be included in each shipping package.

Who pays for shipping?
Shipping cost is paid by the Product Vendor.

Can I send my company’s product marketing information to customers directly?
Beauty LifestyleNetwork and ShopBLN have a legal obligation to not share customer information to third party organizations for the purpose of marketing and advertising to customers.  Therefore, it is prohibited for Product Vendor Partners or their affiliated organizations to send any kind of marketing, advertising or solicitation to Shop BLN customers.
